Subaru memperluaskan jualan dan servis selepas jualan mereka ke pantai timur Semenanjung Malaysia dengan pusat 3S terbaharu di Kuantan. Seperti pusat perkhidmatan Subaru lain yang beroperasi pasca-MCO, terdapat SOP untuk menghentikan penyebaran COVID-19.

Ini adalah pusat Subaru 3S yang sah ke-31 di Malaysia dan mempunyai kapasiti bulanan 200 kenderaan.

TC Subaru, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in Malaysia, is proud to introduce a new Subaru 3S centre in Kuantan, owned and operated by dealer-partner Eastern Boxer Sdn Bhd.

Subaru Kuantan is located at 41, Jalan Teluk Sisek, 25050 Kuantan, Pahang. It is the second Subaru dealership by Eastern Boxer Sdn Bhd, which also owns and operates Subaru Kuala Terengganu.

The new 3S centre occupies 446m2 in the coastal town’s city centre. Customers can view the award-winning Forester and XV in the showroom, and experience the customer lounge, prayer room, service centre and workshop.

With two service bays staffed by trained Subaru technicians, Subaru Kuantan is able to provide service maintenance and repair works for up to 200 vehicles a month. Customers who wish to grab a bite while waiting for their vehicles can head to popular shopping malls, East Coast Mall and Kuantan City Mall, which are less than 3km away.

Safety and Peace of Mind for All

Stringent safety measures, such as thorough sanitising of the showroom, display vehicles and work areas, mandatory temperature-taking, availability of hand sanitisers and mandatory use of face masks, are implemented at Subaru Kuantan to curb the spread of COVID-19.

To ensure safe distancing, the dealership is also limiting the number of customers in the showroom at any one time. Floor markers have also been placed to remind customers to keep a safe physical distance of at least one metre.

All vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised before and after each service job, and all test drive vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised before and after each test drive.

Customers are advised to check-in using the MySejahtera app during their visit to facilitate contact tracing.

Operating Hours

The showroom is open daily – from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays and from 10am to 5.30pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. The service centre is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays; closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
