Jenama Citroën Kini Di Indonesia Tetapi Tidak Di Malaysia
Stellantis telah memperkenalkan jenama Perancis yang bergaya Citroën ini ke pasaran Indonesia.
Citroën di Malaysia mempunyai sejarah yang panjang. Syarikat itu baru sahaja menarik diri daripada pasaran kita apabila Berjaya Auto Alliance memutuskan untuk meletakkan fokus mereka hanya pada jenama Peugeot, sambil terus mematuhi komitmen selepas jualan untuk pelanggan Citroën dan DS sedia ada. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat beberapa spyshot model baharu seperti C3 dan C4 di Malaysia. Ini seolah-olah menunjukkan kemungkinan kembalinya jenama itu ke pasaran. Walau apapun, jenama Citroën kini berada di negara jiran kita, Indonesia.
Stellantis melantik Indomobil Group sebagai pengedar tunggal Citroën di Indonesia dengan kenderaan pertama yang dirancang untuk diperkenalkan pada 2023. Indomobil Group tidak asing lagi dengan kereta penumpang.
Mereka sudah mengendalikan jenama Jaguar, Land Rover, Audi, Volkswagen, Nissan, Suzuki dan Kia di Nusantara. Mereka juga mempunyai beberapa jenama kenderaan komersial di dalam kumpulan mereka. Jenama Citroën akan diletakkan di bawah PT kumpulan, anak syarikat Indomobil Wahana Trada.
Nampaknya sekurang-kurangnya tiga model akan ditawarkan di Indonesia – E-C4 semua elektrik, serta C3 dan C3 Aircross.

Stellantis N.V., the parent company of Automobiles Citroën, has appointed Indomobil Group to operate Citroën’s business in Indonesia, the partners announced in Jakarta today. The partnership agreement designates Indomobil as sole distributor of the Citroën brand in Indonesia and includes the planned introduction of Citroën vehicles to Indonesia starting in 2023.
The Partnership Agreement, signed on 20 April 2021, stipulates that PT. Indomobil Wahana Trada, a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, will handle the distribution and sale of Citroën products in Indonesia.
