Renault Kiger Dilancarkan Secara Rasmi Di India

Menurut Renault, Kiger akan dilancarkan di pasaran lain juga

Persaingan di segmen crossover kompak di India akan semakin ketat dengan kedatangan Renault Kiger yang baharu. Dipersembahkan sebagai Konsep Kiger pada bulan November 2020, Kiger dibina di atas platform CMF-A Renault yang diubah suai sedikit atas nama CMF-A +, yang juga menyokong Triber dan Nissan Magnite yang baru dilancarkan.

Seluruh-reka bentuk, versi produksi Kiger tetap sesuai dengan konsep, seperti yang ditunjukkan dengan bonet terpahat dan tiga lampu LED persegi yang dibungkus secara terpisah dalam unit segi empat krom. Penampilan SUV yang berani dilengkapi dengan pelepasan tanah yang tinggi 205 mm dan bumbung berfungsi.

Walaupun berukuran kurang dari empat meter, Renault mengatakan Kiger menawarkan ruang, ruang simpanan kabin dan ruang kargo terkemuka dalam segmen. Di bahagian depan, terdapat jarak pasangan 710 mm di antara tempat duduk sementara di belakang, barisan kedua mendapat ruang kaki yang banyak (222 mm) dan ruang siku (1.431 mm). Boot 405 liter memanjang hingga 879 liter dengan baris kedua dilipat.

Bagi peralatan, pembeli mendapat skrin sentuh terapung 8 inci dengan Apple CarPlay dan Android Auto, kluster instrumen 7 inci dengan paparan yang dapat dikonfigurasi bergantung pada mod pemanduan yang dipilih, penyaman udara automatik, pencahayaan ambien putih, lapan pembesar suara Sistem Suara 3D Auditorium oleh Arkamys dan kad akses pintar bebas tangan.

Kuasa Kiger dari enjin petrol tiga silinder 1.0 liter turbocharged, dengan output kuasa 100 PS dan tork 160 Nm. Enjinnya dikawinkan dengan transmisi manual lima-kelajuan tetapi X-Tronic CVT akan tersedia sejurus selepas pelancaran pasaran.

Terdapat juga varian tiga silinder 1.0 liter aspirasi semula jadi yang menawarkan 72 PS dan 96 Nm. Ini dapat dimiliki dengan manual lima-kelajuan atau AMT kotak gear lima-speed EASY-R AMT.

Peralatan keselamatan cukup asas dengan empat beg udara (dua depan, dua sisi) dan peringatan tali pinggang keledar untuk tempat duduk depan.

Kiger is a brand new compact SUV designed in India and initially intended for this market, before being marketed internationally in a second phase. Accessible and equipped with five seats, this sturdy SUV of less than 4 meters in length completes Renault’s offer in India, with Kwid, Duster and Triber.

Kiger has a very strong personality with its resolutely modern and dynamic design and generous interior space. With equipment and features unheard of at this price level in the segment, and its dual choice of engine and transmission, it has all the cards in hand to appeal to Indian customers looking for originality and novelty.  

Renault Kiger : Design, interior design and technologies

Measuring just under 4 meters in length, Kiger is classified as an urban SUV. Despite this compactness, it has solid assets in terms of interior space. The interior design philosophy harmoniously combines the robust spirit of an SUV with a sophisticated, technological feel. The clever interior design is based on sharing and friendliness. 

On the technology side, Renault Kiger features a large 8-inch (20.3 cm) touch screen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with Bluetooth and WIFI connection. The driving experience is enhanced by MULTI-SENSE settings that allow the driver to choose different driving modes, an Auditorium 3D Sound by Arkamys audio system, as well as speed cameras and a rearview camera with guidance lines for easy parking.
